As an Account Manager, you are the key person in establishing new partnerships and bringing in new customers under profitable conditions, significantly expanding our portfolio. You build a strong network of relationships and translate market needs into smart, sustainable solutions for our customers. As a trusted advisor, you actively contribute ideas and transform customer inquiries into effective solutions. And the best part? You are not alone! Your responsibilities include:
- Acquiring new customers under profitable conditions in line with the sales plan, thereby expanding the portfolio and achieving sales objectives;
- Establishing and developing relationships with customers and relevant internal parties to achieve the desired positioning;
- Identifying and creating sales opportunities with customers and executing sales-promoting activities according to the sales plan;
- Conducting market research in both familiar and new industries and segments;
- Preparing (periodic) reports on market, portfolio, and customer information;
- Achieving the highest possible level of customer satisfaction;
- Accurately and comprehensively recording customer and pricing agreements, as well as other customer information, ensuring that internal colleagues always have access to up-to-date data;
- Acting as a technical and commercial point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
In this role, you will work closely with colleagues from the internal sales team. Traveling is part of the job. You will primarily serve customers of Optimum Group Megaflex Bladel B.V., but you will also collaborate with other Optimum Group locations to leverage economies of scale.
