As a Customer Service Manager
You will lead the Sales Support and Account Management departments. You will oversee the departmental results for both teams and make adjustments as needed to achieve the goals. You advise the management on topics within your field of expertise and translate organizational objectives into annual plans and actions for your departments.

You work closely with other departments, discussing progress, bottlenecks, and priorities with them.

You instruct, coach, and motivate your team while ensuring an optimal working atmosphere and collaboration. You advocate for your team members' interests and conduct performance and appraisal reviews with them.

You report on performance and KPIs, documenting the outcomes. Additionally, you report internal and external complaints to your fellow managers and notify them of any noteworthy occurrences. You ensure that procedures, regulations, and work instructions within the department remain up-to-date and are properly applied.
