Employee Production / Operator / Machine operator

in the wrap department

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Employee in our print shop in the wrapping department.

You enjoy performing work to finish the product, spotting deviations and checking quality requirements.

You will work 36 hours in a 2-shift system.

You will be responsible for:

Setting up and operating machines for the manufacture of graphic products.
Checking output and signalling deviations in production, on set quality requirements and timely production.
Administrative processing of produced graphic products.
Ensuring the quality of printed matter by checking, signalling and correcting output where possible.
Communicating correctly and neatly with colleagues regarding process progress, status of orders and points of interest. Also communicating properly with superiors about the production process and status of work to be carried out.
Observing safety protocols, signalling safety issues and wearing the prescribed personal protective equipment during working hours.
Being attentive to a number of factors simultaneously. Setting and operating the machines involves some variables and routine plays a major role. Occasionally, work is carried out under time pressure.
Prioritising the satisfaction of customers, colleagues, and providing service or assistance and acting accordingly.
