Your tasks

As diverse as humanity

As an HR adviser, you give solicited and unsolicited advice on HR matters and support managers in implementing HR policy. You have a broad range of tasks, such as total support and implementation of inflow, transfer and outflow, absenteeism, (organisational) development, terms of employment, legislation and regulations. You are the first point of contact for employees and managers for all common HR questions and contribute to the professionalisation of HR processes at the location. You increase the level of knowledge of managers in the implementation of HR processes and also carry out administrative work in the field of inflow, through-flow and outflow, salary changes, absenteeism and file creation.

What we demand

You have excellent communication skills, can switch between different levels and have empathy. You exude confidence and you are decisive and convincing. It goes without saying that you have an honest and customer-oriented attitude and you work accurately. Furthermore, you have a positive attitude and see a challenge in making improvements in (HR) processes. You work independently but like to seek cooperation with others, including your HR colleagues from the other offices. In addition, you bring the following knowledge and experience:

A completed HBO education in the field of HR;
At least 3 years' work experience in an all-round HR advisory role, preferably gained in a small to medium-sized profit organisation;
Good command of the Dutch language.
