Als Medewerker Sales Support ben jij de onmisbare schakel tussen onze klanten, accountmanagers en interne afdelingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles – van offerte tot levering – soepel verloopt. Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten, denkt mee in oplossingen en haalt energie uit het bieden van topservice.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

Klantvragen beantwoorden via telefoon en e-mail, en deze nauwkeurig verwerken;
Offertes opstellen, orders invoeren en klachten afhandelen;
Klantwensen vertalen naar passende (soms maatwerk) oplossingen;
Commerciële kansen signaleren en oppakken in samenwerking met accountmanagers.

Dit ga je doen door:

Een jong, enthousiast en collegiaal team;
Werken in een internationale organisatie die volop in ontwikkeling is;
Ruimte voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling via trainingen en doorgroeimogelijkheden;
Regelmatig leuke teamuitjes en feestjes;
Een salaris in salarisschaal G conform Grafimedia cao (€ 3.002 -€ 3.824 bruto o.b.v. 38 uur).

Wat wij vragen

Je bent energiek, klantgericht en schakelt moeiteloos tussen verschillende werkzaamheden. Jij houdt overzicht, denkt in oplossingen en hebt oog voor detail.

Verder heb jij:

Ervaring met klantcontact (bijv. in sales of hospitality);
Een goede beheersing van de Nederlandse én Engelse taal;
Handigheid met Microsoft Office en leer je snel nieuwe systemen;
Een commerciële mindset en een proactieve houding.
