As IT Manager Germany, you will be responsible for coordinating, implementing, and monitoring all IT activities within our German locations. You will ensure a stable and secure IT infrastructure, support the business with appropriate IT solutions, and implement the Optimum Group's IT strategy locally.

You will be the central interface between the local organization and the international IT team and will work closely with the Group IT Manager to further advance the Optimum Group's IT strategy.

With your hands-on mentality, you will be involved not only strategically but also operationally in projects and day-to-day business.

Tasks and responsibilities

Implementation of the group-wide IT strategy at the German locations.
Main contact person for all IT issues in our five German branches.
Coordination of local IT support and management of external IT service providers.
Administration and optimization of Microsoft 365 and Azure environments.
Accompanying and supporting ERP implementations (preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central).
Collaborating with local and international teams on the digitalization and standardization of business processes.
Ensuring compliance with security and compliance guidelines.
Reporting on progress, risks, and improvement measures to the Group IT Manager and the CFO Germany.

You are

Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Informatik, IT-Management oder vergleichbar.
Mindestens 5 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen IT-Management-Position.
Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, vorzugsweise Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 und Microsoft Azure.
Erfahrung in Projektmanagement und Implementierungsprojekten.
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, Brücken zwischen IT und Business zu schlagen.
Hands-on Mentalität, pragmatisch und lösungsorientiert.
Selbstständige, strukturierte und belastbare Arbeitsweise.
Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands.
