Wat ga jij doen?

Als Medewerker Sales Support ben jij de onmisbare schakel tussen onze klanten, accountmanagers en interne afdelingen. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles – van offerte tot levering – soepel verloopt. Je bent hét aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten, denkt mee in oplossingen en haalt energie uit het bieden van topservice.

Je dagelijkse werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: Het beantwoorden van vragen van klanten per telefoon en e-mail, en deze administratief verwerken; Offertes opstellen, orders invoeren en klachten afhandelen; Klantbehoeften vertalen naar passende, soms maatwerk, oplossingen; Commerciële kansen signaleren en oppakken in overleg met de accountmanagers.

What we demand

Wat vragen wij van jou?

Communicatie is jouw tweede naam en daarnaast ben je accuraat en sociaal. Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt in oplossingen en schakelt makkelijk tussen verschillende taken.

Verder heb jij:

Ervaring met klantcontact (bijv. in sales, support of hospitality).
Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal; Engels is een pre.
Je bent handig met Microsoft Office en leert snel nieuwe systemen.
Je werkt accuraat, bent oplossingsgericht en houdt van samenwerken.
Je bent commercieel ingesteld en denkt graag mee met de klant.
