As an Operations Support Employee at Optimum Group Max Aarts, you play a key role in preparing and coordinating all operational activities. We are looking for a new colleague to join our vibrant department in the role of:

Operations Support Employee (40 hours)

You are the link between commerce, reprographics, production, and logistics.

What will you do?

Collect and process sales orders (technical order entry).
Prepare production schedules.
Coordinate internal and external relationships.
Calculate material requirements.
Procure substrates and auxiliary materials.
Provide technical assessments for quotes and orders.
Calculate quotes.
Determine production capacity requirements.
Evaluate production performance and optimize where necessary.
Advise on potential process improvements.
Resolve bottlenecks in workflows.

MBO/HBO level education or relevant work experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CERM is a plus.
Strong command of the Dutch language, both written and spoken.
Accurate, goal-oriented, and solution-focused approach to work.
Excellent communication skills.
A healthy mix of teamwork and independence.
Most importantly, enthusiasm for this role and a positive attitude.
