You are

Completed technical training, preferably in the field of printing technology or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in production management, ideally in the field of label printing
Strong leadership skills and experience in employee management
Ideally a training certificate
Excellent organizational skills and a high level of problem-solving skills
