Wat ga jij doen?
In deze veelzijdige functie geef je leiding aan een team van 16 collega’s en zorg je ervoor dat de afdeling Afwerking elke dag soepel draait. Jij bent het aanspreekpunt, bewaakt de voortgang en hebt oog voor kwaliteit én mensen. Dit ga je doen:

Het coördineren, coachen en motiveren van je team;
Zorgen voor een efficiënte, veilige en kwalitatieve afwerking van onze etiketten;
Zelf meewerken op de afdeling en waar nodig machines bedienen;
De voortgang van productieorders bewaken en tijdig bijsturen bij afwijkingen of knelpunten;
Meedenken over de logistieke planning en zorgen dat alles op tijd en volgens klantwens verzendklaar is;
Initiëren en stimuleren van procesverbeteringen. Samen met je team werk je continu aan een betere werkwijze binnen Vila.

Jouw standplaats wordt Vila Etiketten, gevestigd in Breda. Op deze locatie werken momenteel zo’n 70 collega’s, waarvan er 16 werken op de afdeling Afwerking. Het team bestaat uit een enthousiaste en diverse club waar naast hard werken ook gezelligheid centraal staat.
