As sales support team leader, you are the managing factor of the sales support department, with final responsibility for the entire quotation and order process. You coach, motivate and develop your team and ensure a good structure in the department. Together with your team, you ensure that results and KPIs are achieved and you are responsible for improving and monitoring efficiency and quality. In this role, you set the right example and are a real initiator who knows how to get people on board. You are energised by a dynamic environment, building a team and you are also good at building relationships to create a good bond in the team.

What we demand

Minimum hbo working and thinking level;
Commercial acumen and managerial experience;
Experience with improvement programmes such as LEAN and Operational Excellence are a plus;
Good social and communication skills;
Independence and accuracy;
Hands-on mentality;
Command of the Dutch and English languages; German is an advantage.
