What does this job entail?

As a Sales Support Employee, you will be responsible for the entire administrative process, from sales (quotation) to delivery. You will be the central point of contact and the dedicated contact person for your customers. Challenges don't scare you; you stand out for your strong and creative problem-solving skills. You will work closely with the account managers and provide support where needed.

What we offer

During a typical workweek, you will:

Handle customer onboarding and process administrative tasks.
Process orders.
Prepare quotes, handle invoicing, and manage complaints.
Set and communicate delivery dates (in consultation with planning).
Act as the main point of contact for your customers: listen, advise, follow up on orders, and resolve any issues.
Translate customer queries into tailor-made solutions.
Provide input to account managers in preparation for customer visits.
Identify commercial opportunities with customers and in the market.

Who is our ideal candidate?

We are looking for an enthusiastic employee who can navigate a dynamic and evolving business environment.

What do you bring?

MBO level of working and thinking.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with extensive knowledge of Excel.
At least 1 year of experience in a similar commercial role.
Excellent command of Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
Full-time availability.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain an overview.
Flexibility to switch between tasks and work under pressure.
Strong communication skills.
Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
Accuracy in your work and a strong team-player mentality.
