Machine Operator – Max Aarts

Your tasks

Your typical workday

You make sure that the machines are properly set up and the contracts are produced to schedule. You regularly control the labels to identify deviations or errors in time and take corrective measures. You ensure that our customers’ orders correspond to the quality requirements that they expect from the Optimum Group™. At the end of your shift, you discuss the day with your team leader and talk about the unfinished orders. Even if you have no experience in this field, you’ll feel right at home with us. We will make sure that you learn everything you need to during your training and that you deepen your professional knowledge in our internal further trainings. Ideally, you are technically well-versed and do not shy away from setting up and operating machines. You keep our operations running.

You:

work accurately and have an eye for quality;
enjoy learning about new machines and technologies;

are willing to work in shifts.

Experience as an operator or within the printing, packaging or manufacturing industry is an advantage.

No experience with laminating or pouch production yet? No problem. We provide internal training and guide you in getting to know the machines, materials and processes.
