Your typical workday

As Operator Linerless you ensure an undisturbed production process in which you have and maintain an overview of the entire production line (in-line production process) with regard to..;

Unwinding of the base material
Coating of the material
Gluing the material
Cutting and winding the rolls
Packaging of the produced labels

What is linerless?

Linerless labels are self-adhesive labels without backing paper, the familiar "yellow" backing strip, which must be discarded in traditional labelling. Belona manufactures fully bonded linerless labels and Ravenwood linerless labels and supports both concepts from label to labelled packaging. You enjoy setting up, adjusting, operating and coordinating multiple complex inline machines for the manufacture of graphics.

You are a process controller, control of quality is crucial.
Working independently but also in a team (you are on 1 line with 2 operators).
Constantly working on efficiency improvements.
Implementing maintenance standards.
MBO3/4 would be highly desirable, technically skilled or affinity.
Good work mentality, it's hard work.
But in a particularly fun team where working together makes for success.
