What you will do

As a System Administrator at Optimum Group™, you will be the first point of contact for our users in the Benelux. With your service-oriented attitude and technical knowledge, you will make a difference by:

Effectively solving user questions and problems;
Providing clear explanations and support when using our ICT systems;
Promoting a smooth digital work experience for all colleagues.

What we demand

We are looking for a new colleague who identifies with the description below:

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and Microsoft Entra ID;
Preferably experience in a support role or a strong affinity with IT support;
A heart for service: you like helping people and get energy from satisfied users;
Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
